Water cow goby and clown loaches

I have a school of clown loaches ranging from 5 to 9 inches in my tank. My LFD just got a 12 inch water cow goby in stock. Will it work with my loaches and will it eat nightcrawlers and frozen krill?
If you value your clowns then no I wouldn't risk it. I had a 10" marbled goby that ate 25 giant danios in the 5" range. It was to slow to catch them but the pike sveni took them out and couldn't swallow the giant danios. Night time was a different story cause the goby would then come out and actively hunt.
