I was at my LFS today, and I noticed something labelled as a Water Cow Goby. After some research, I believe it to be a Eleotris vittata. Any info on these guys?

About 12", opportunistic pounce predator. WILL eat anything it can fit in it's mouth. May take frozen foods.

You can't keep your fish and it eat it too

Americas :) I kept mine in tank with Cichla, Black and silver arows.. As well as other South and central american cichlids ;) In my opinion they are as hard to keep as Oscars..... :D

Eleotris picta in google will give you more accurate origins ;)
