Water flow

What do you guys think would be the best water flow in a peacock bass aquarium? I kind of want to have all outputs/ powerheads pushing water to one end of the tank and put inputs for the canisters at the opposite end, like a mini river, is this a good plan or is there a better way.

If you want more flow that your canister is giving i have used plastic pipe under substrate and a pump on end for flow this gives kind of a river effect in tank!! what size pipe and pump will depend on what flow you desire and tank size, i did this in a 20 long with just a powerhead and 3/4 tubing.
