Water flow

How do you guys have your water flow set up? Pushing water in top the tank, on the bottom, a complete circle cycle. I have mine pushed across the front of tank and then back the back side making a big circle flow. Just wondering what you guys have

Depends on how many outputs you have, I have fx5 and circulator, you can see in the pic that the circulator pushes everything straight to the fx5 siphon then the fx5 output pushes the water toward the circulator, so I guess you can call it a circle. As long as its a laminar flow your good!
