Water Leak Overflow Alarm

Have not seen this mentioned here but under all of my tanks I have placed a small water alarm that I picked up at Lowe's for around $12. If the contacts on the bottom of the alarm gets wet, it sends out a very load alarm that will wake even the deepest sleepers. It saved my tail when the back blew out of my 110G SW tank at 2AM. It's called a Watchdog and is usually located in plumbing or by the water heaters. Oh, it's battery operated!

Good idea now you just need something that will alert you cell phone or something so if it happens when your not home!

hahaha thats what i have on myAQUATRONICA system

if i get a water leak or temp drop or ph crash or power cut i get a text message sent to my phone but you pay for them toys
