water lettuce with severums

Most severums will eat plants. Those that don't may still root them up or tear them out of curiosity. I have not had good luck keeping plants in any severum tank.

+1 to Ryan.
I had decent success keeping very large swordplants and anubias with sevs. But I would still come home frequently to a shredded leaf or two. If you plant a sev tank go with large, hardy plants and be prepared to swap them out if they get chewed up.

My sevrums love to eat any type of root bulbs. Some anubias worked. Nothing stood a chance in my tank. Maybe something with a very thick hardy stem plant. Just a thought.
