cam anyone share experience growing water lettuce in a tank? Any information would be helpful. Thanks
 
Its a pretty easy one, can't think of too many special requirements except plenty of light and you should be all good.

I use it in most of my tanks for the same reason unrated stated above. Get the dwarf variety. It is less demanding with light and easier to manage.
 
I have to toss large portions of it every water change. I don't think it needs anything special per se.
 
Yeah I was growing dwarf water lettuce in my 45 gallon long tank (48"x12"x19") using a standard 48" T8 shop light with 6500k bulbs, and every month I was clearing 90% of it out to give away locally. The stuff grows like crazy under 6500k lighting, I liked it alot so I plan to get a few of them now and start the growing/give away thing again!!!
