Hey I've had a water lily in my aquarium for a year or so. I believe it is the yellow variety possibly white. It gets plenty of light and regular doses of fertilizers but the plant cant seem to manage to get its leafs to grow. It constantly has 4-7 small leafs growing off it the bulb but they wont grow tall or reach the surface. I'm wondering if there is a certain depth that the bulb has to be planted at for proper plant growth?. I purchased it from a pond store and have been trying to get it to grow in my aquarium since. thanks
