Water movement in fahaka tank

I use a wave maker to blow across my tank and toward filter sponges it blows the water from return on ac110 as well it’s about 1200 gph will that be ok for a fahaka or should I take the wavemaker out?

Is this is a temporary tank for your puffer coz thats a bit small for an adult...

As for the wave make question, as long as there are areas your puffer can relax away from the current you should be fine... just make sure its not bothering your puffer.,.

For now unless it outgrows it. I just got it, it’s 7” and over a year old. I don’t think it will come close to the 18”.

In that case see how it goes... just make sure there is some cover away from the wavemaker so the puffer can chill out without getting blown around...

Can you add a dimmer to the wave maker so you can dial it back. Imo that seems like a lot for a fw puffer tank
