Are my water parameters good or bad and how can I fix it?

Ammonia 0.5 ppm
Nitrates 10ppm
Nitrites 0ppm
Chlorine 0ppm
Hardness 300
Alkalinity 300
ph 8

This is a 20 gallon tank with a 4 inch Largemouth Bass. (yes his tank will be upgraded soon)

I just want to know if this water is healthy for my fish or not.

Ammonia should read 0.0

How long has this tank been running?

About 6 months the ammonia may be because my hob filter pad got a hole in it so I had to replace it but I have 2 filters running so I didn't think much of it
