Water problem

My 80 ft borehole water is too bad ...so we do filtration using sand carbon and stone in 500 ltr tank......we are drinking that water.....but i am confused cai i use this water in my fish tank...will this water be suitable for goldfish and flowerhorn...plz help
 
I think you've answered your own question. If no one's died or fell seriously ill from drinking the water then i'd say it's suitable enough for a fish.

What specifically do you mean with the water being “too bad”?
 
If you're drinking it, it will be fine for the fish.
And I would also ask (as Harleyk did) what do you mean by "bad"?
Taste?, coliforms? high mineral detection such as nitrate or metals like arsenic?
