PH , temp, TDS should be common to find and mostly works pretty well i feel, currently using some unknown china brands which was cheap and available to me.

For nitrate, there didn't seem to be anything out there for monitoring digitally AFAIK.

There are many methods for testing. For accurate and affordable ammonia, nitrite and nitrate I would recommend an API liquid test kit. Digits versions can run in the tens of thousands of dollars.

For pH, lab grade temp etc have a look in Apex Neptune systems. This is one of my tanks from a couple minutes ago and I never left the couch LOL... the other benefit is you are able to control all equipment remotely from the mobile app or the internet. I get alerts for power outages, temp swings, pH you name it.
