can you help me i 've been working out of our country for a year and when i came back all my aquariums had this water stains that makes the glass foggy. What would be the best method to remove this stains and are there any chemicals to break them down in order to be removed on the glass. need your expert advise.

I used vinegar and water with single edge razor blade at angle(gentle back and forth so you do not cratch glass. I hope you have GLASS Tank!

Start with the vinegar like Jamieb said.

We have a couple of products here (U.S.) CLR and Lime Away. Wear rubber gloves and eye protection with any of these and good ventilation especially with the muriatic acid (start out with a weak solution and increase it till it works).

Python makes a product called Rydyt2 and it works awesome. It is all I use for removal of stains and calcium deposits. You don't even have to scrub that hard.

You just pour it on, let it soak in and rub away with a sponge.

i personaly use an acrylic glass cleaner even tho you have glass and use a little aquarium salt solution..if u dont like chemicals but the python product is very effective and doesnt harm anything rinse well
