water still dirty

Hi, I got this 100g tank, with
a grown texas 7inch
6 severum 3 inch mark
1 pair green terror 3.5 inch
1 pair peacock malwai 3 inch
1 red devil
i got this DIY filter for cleaning the tank water.
No other filter is there
i Water change weekly 20%
still i find dust particles. very fine
floating in the water.
Do i need more filteration
or should i lesser the BIO LOAD
its a 4.5ft X 2ftX 1.5ft(breath) tank.

Try putting smaller micron media in your filters.

Micron is a measurement of a filters pore size I believe allowing it to trap a certain size of dirt/detritus. The smaller the micron the smaller the waste gets trapped. However the more maintenance is needed when you start dipping really low on the microns.
