I woke up this morning to find the entire tank water surface covered with bubbles. Not a single spot to look in from above. I checked the water parameters and everything is fine. Any ideas the cause and how to get rid of them?

if yer water is testing fine the first thing that comes to mind is yer using too much dechlorinater
got any driftwood in the tank? same thing happened to me i added some driftwood that i recently cut up so it would fit musta been some sawdust on them still thats 1 reason i could think of?
sounds like you might have high do on the water , whats your water chance reign like ? try a water change and see what happens .
I figured out what it was. My younger sister put 2 tank buddy tablets in it a few days ago. ph is fine though so i'm not going to worry about it.
Possibly high water surface tension as frasertheking was eluding to.
Does the water surface look oily
Is it a planted tank?
Water is your filtering system.
Possible an an air leak on the intake of the filter system.
