I'm looking into a auto water changer. I was wonderin what my tempature change would be if I used cold water only?

Which sotra works, I put in my volume after the water drain, 200 gallons. Current Tempature, 75. Target temp was a guess, then addtional temp 55 which is what i get now so that is probably the coldest it will get. Then caluculate. I kept adjusting the target temp until i got the right volume. This worked but was kinda goofy, wondered if something out there worked better.
it came to 73* for 22 gallons
72* for 22 gallons if supply is 45*
Pretty much a 20 gallon water change in a 215 gallon system isn't going to do much but i was just wondering as number change while the planning process continues if i could do this easier.
