Nitrites can indeed turn into nitrates but you have fish in it and leaving the nitrites that way can lead the fish to permanent body system damage and eventually killing them in the process. It never hurts to do another water change until you buy liquid test kit.

nO3 is 10
no2 is 0
gh is 10
kh is 6
ph is 7.6
ammonia is also 0not bad eh will test again at the end of the week and if all is still ok i may get a cpl of new fish.
