This tank has been setup for about a month now or maybe a little over a month. I've been using Stability and I have a few Flowerhorns currently in the tank and the temp is 83 degrees. What do you think of these results?
PH: 7.6
NO2: 5.0
Ammonia: 0.50

Nitrite (NO2) is toxic to fish, along with ammonia. While your ammonia certainly isn't off the charts, that is still high IMO, and is bad for your fish. It can quickly lead to things like gill curl, fin rot, etc.

It is clear that your tank is not cycled. With both nitrite and ammonia levels being high, I would be worried about this. If you can get your hands on some filter media from an established tank, or anything from an established tank for that matter, it would help to accelerate the cycle.

EDIT: If you are unsure what I mean by "cycled," I am referring to the nitrogen cycle. There are stickies on cycling tanks if you need more info.

Neither of those readings point to a cycled aquarium, if you just added the flower horn and the tank was cycled prior, adding big fish can cause a mini cycle as the bioload is more than the BB can handle. Careful if they are prized show fish...

^ Also, when using Stability, it is very important to shake the bottle "violently" immediately before pouring in the dose. while pouring, it should appear milky & frothy. If not milky, much of the good stuff is probably still at the bottom of bottle.
