does anyone know that if when using this you still have to use water conditioner the reason i ask is because it says on the tub it has chlorine neutralisers but it doesnt mention chloramines ?
stress coat removes chlorine and chloramines

Not sure about chloramines and your ph buffer, but you could always look for other ways to stabilize you pH around 6.5
Years ago I did a lot of chemical maintenance on my tanks, so Im familiar with the draw backs. Stress Coat (or generic versions) is pretty much a staple in my fish room but I have long since ditched the powders and liquids that alter pH and "neutralize" ammonia. You might want to consider doing the same.
