Waterproof Paint

I have some blue overflow boxes that fit nicely in 55g tanks.. But they are bright blue.

Are there any paints I can use that will be permenantly safe under water? I am assuming some sort of Marine Enamel? Which is most cost effective..?

Krylon fusion is safe after it is "cured"
I'm using it on the overflow for my 265 with no problems.
