I have some wavermakers in my tank, attached to the back glass of the tank and blwoing water towards front of the tank,
Just curious if this will be ok? or will it cause more pressure on the front glass?

I have ran powerheads like this with out an problem. I have a rio600 running on my 55 like this now.

Nope, No problem at all.
Takes more than a wavemaker to cause the glass to give way.
The only problem it would pose is the aesthetic aspect.

depending on how wide the flow is and how wide the tank is, the pressure would be almost non existent.

Most wave makes have a wide flow pattern to make better waves, as a directional flow would make poor waves.

edit: it would likely be the equivalent of you pushing on the glass when cleaning it.
