Yes, a while back from Toyin. That loach is about 8.5".

Got him about 3 yrs ago, had a hard time getting it to eat regularly due to competitive tankmates and my negligence. Eating massivore very well now, getting some girth. Grew approx 1".

wow mine is 16 17 inches and I got it 1 month ago and it grew 1 to 1.5 inches already and has put on some girth too.

Thats crazy I am with troy on this one I have gotten 1/2in on my small one and a little less on my big one, but both have gotten very very fat,i have had them four 4 weeks or so, i know that it is said that they grow super super slow but we will see.

what do you feed? how often do you feed? I only ask because I have found tilapia to get the best growth out of my polys. I also feed massivore but mainly tilapia and I have had great growth on all my bichirs and there is loads of competition in my tank. 6 inch bichirs to 19 inchers and all living eating and growing well.
