I'm waiting on my Geophagus brasiliensis to lay their 1st clutch as we speak. Spied them diggin nests earlier this afternoon....never bred this species before. Never bred or even kept Severums before eitherThey seem very content with there surroundingsnever show stress bars
I have geophagus sp.tapajos im waiting to pair up, severums are a fun species to keep....i definitely recommend them
i never liked the shape of them....i like streamlined predators, built for hunting, mainly Parachromis, but i been getting into new species lately. I think my 2 little Salvini juvies are about the closest i'll come to Severums for now. I'm a bit loaded for fish and i just ended up taking a couple more cuz this new vendor screwed up the order so i didn't want my friend at the store get stuck with them since she always takes good care of me.
