The colours on these two are amazing. This is their second spawn and they're great parents.

Thanks guys. They get along well. They're very well organised protective parents even though they're still young and only 3.5". They were in 5ft but were removed and held in a 3ft with the plan of doing a bit of moving around and they were meant to go into a 6ft but they spawned in the 3ft and as we wanted to leave the young with them we've left them their for a while then we'll move them into their new home.

Fantastic looking fish!
I have just picked up some youngsters.

When they aren't breeding, how aggressive, or chilled are they??

We've got 2 female chocs around 7" in a 6x2x2 in the house with a pair of rotkeil 4 deamon and theres no aggression between the chocs or towards any tank mates, they are so placid but will stand up for themselves if they need to but as of yet ive never seen them start anything.
As for the nuechal hump ive no idea as i could not tell you the difference between our breeding pair as they both look alike so far.
The breeding pair are wild caught fish and their colours are amazing compared to the two females we have and they always showed a much more intense colour from no size.
