This is the "WC" Nigeria lapradei that I acquired a month ago from a friend of mine. In my opinion, it exhibits quite high contrast and it's definitely an awesome specimen. Can anyone certify if it's really a WC lapradei as claimed by that friend of mine? Also, it's eyes appear to be quite poppy as the circle around its eyes lack contrast. Can anyone tell me if it's suffering from pop-eye? Thanks in advance.

Can you take a better pics as it's kinda blurry. The eyes kinda look like it's popping out. Try to do water change and put temp at 84-86F and add salt about 1tsp per 3-5g.

Looks like a WC to me. CBs just can't get high contrast in BB tank.

So you suspect that it has pop-eye? What are the causes of pop-eye? Should I add melafix or pimafix as well?

No need for those modern medicines. I already suggested in the previous post. Don't used any modern medicines when water change and salt can cure it. Just use those for last if the salt is unable to cure it.

I'm not 100% sure if it's really a popping eyes or not as the pics are blurry so no need for those melafix or pimafix.
