Arowana owners what do use to hold your lids down? Can you guys show me links to diy lid fastners so my aro won't jump out?Thanks in advance.

I am on my third and last attempt at keeping an arowana.The first two were silvers and both got out only to be eaten by FLUFFY>my main coon cat.This time i have a blue/black arowana and he is in a 300 gallon acrylic tank with a sheet of acrylic on top with lights on top of that with an acrylic canopy top on top of all that.

and the lids are secured using padlocks

my old silver jumped out twice and I ended up putting school books on top of the lids. I am going to need to think of something soon for my jar.

i had a red oscar for three months it was about 5 in. and it jumped out of the tank through a small hole in the back by my filter. he ended up on the floor for who knows how long before i knew he was there . looked like my cat had some fun with it to.
