i seen this website were this dude made a sump without any sealant... he used marine outdoor epdm foam rubber weather strips... anyone ever do this?

Wow no interest in a sump where the baffles aren't permanent? Endless versatility. Well I'm just glad I don't have to worry about bonding acrylic to glass. I figured it was worth a shot.

it's worth it! I'll post some pics as soon as I complete the baffles. I tested one and it works flawlessly. I'm so stoked I didn't have to mess with glues or differnt silcones. And it looks really awesome, with no smudgey smearing < definetly a plus.
