Website help needed

I'm looking for somebody who has some time to build my website, or/and maintain it. I'm willing to spend a little (Can't afford anything crazy) Or maybe just help me get it built and help me learn how to keep it up. I just bought a domain from godaddy. I'm new to all this, so am not sure what the steps are.

OH I love doing websites! I did my brothers Pitbull one for about a year untill he didnt want it anymore. Ive also done some graphics for people to online. Let me know if you want me to help

I use him to code my websites.. I design it myself, but he just makes it work. And his prices are pretty cheap.

Coding.. to make a website, you have to know how to code or have someone who knows how to code..

Like, write and understand HTML, XHTML, CSS.. website language.
