Weekend Tank Changes And Growth Update

Today I decided my 125g needs more circulation......so I added 3 powerheads I had laying around. I cut some AC 70 Foam filters in half and installed them on the intakes for the hell of it. I placed them low in the tank and directed them towards the fluval 405 intake. On the other side of the tank I placed a fluval 4plus in tank next to the 405 outlet to add some cross current towards the top of the tank. I still think I need more current in my tank so I ordered 2 more 800gph powerheads

My PB's were immediately more active and seem way happier.

They have doubled in size in a week and they have eaten almost all of the dithers I put in the tank. Heres some pictures...................

Good quality air pumps with good diffusers are even better than powerheads because they greatly increase oxygen saturation levels in your water.
