Is there a weight limit for total aquariums in an upstairs of a home?

i wouldnt put anything bigger then a 125 on an upper level floor w/out knowing how my floors where supported.. and even then i would make sure it was spanned over as many support beams as possible. But im super cautiouse.

55 if you don't know 125 if you do know even immediately there is no issues over time there could be. I just setup a 180 three weeks ago on bottom floor across beams with two floor jacks underneath for reassurance.

I currently bought a townhouse and we live above our garage (nobody living below us). It is steel framed and I currently have a 150 gal and a 90 gal on my second floor.

I live in a two story apartment and it conceret floors. I had a my 117 and 210 upstairs . I would say without conceret floors the only tank I would have set up upstairs is the 117 and that's still close to 1000 lbs
