Weird convict fry.

My con fry hatch 3-4 days ago. They would all be bunched in on huge pile until today I noticed the spread out around the inside of the pot a bit but some are going insane and shaking around like crazy. Is this normal? I though they would all be free swimming by now but some are still in the pile while some vibrated and spin around like a seizure

They may still have some of the yolk sack attached, it should be fully absorbed soon though and they should start free swimming.
 
Die off, sorry bro :( i have breed adleast 5 times and the more they breed the stronger the fry become. Your first batch usually yeilds weak fry.
 
In the store they already had a batch if free swimming and a week after I got them they laid another batch so this is definitely not their first. It does look like some died tho cause some spaces out from the group are laying side ways pale and not really moving
