I got this little last week and he got in a brawl with one of my fish and killed it, but I think he lost a tooth and got an infection. It's slowly getting bigger and has turned pinkish. I've added salt to the tank, but what else should I do?
Weird growth on aimara

My old Aimara was infected by similar cotton stuff thingy on its mouth area before.
I wasn't too sure on how to heal it (watching it grow and spread) - took it to my nearby LFS for treatment. They administered Furan - G and it healed up after 2 weeks.
Would suggest you perhaps wait awhile to see if your Aimara gets better with salt before getting advance treatment.

Thank you man. That was actually an old pic from a few days ago. It's gotten worse since then so I'm gonna do a large wc right now and hopefully that helps. I'll wait another week or two like you said to see if it gets better but here's what it looks like now
