Hey all,

So I was looking closely at my bichir tank, which is lightly low tech planted, and I noticed these small little...tree like growths on the tank glass also some of the plants in the tank. Theres no way to get a picture of them, they are to small, but the best description I give is they look like tiny sea anemones...at least thats what I thought of when I saw them.

Any advice would be appreciated, are they harmless, am I crazy and need a better description, am I under attack by undersea aliens? Thanks guys!

Turns out they aren't to small to take a pic of.

look like hydra to me

well, I googled them, and as fry will never be produced in that tank and they are eaten by pond snails, they won't be a problem for long.
