Weird marine life does anyone know what this is?

Hi everyone,
I was in a marine zoo aquarium in Istanbul a couple of weeks and I saw this ( in the pic bellow ) in one of the saltwater aquarium, it was hung on the front glass an there was smth definitely moving inside those pouches. Does anyone know what it is? I'm really curious about it. It seems it might be some kind of an offspring but I never seen fish eggs looking like this.

Mermaids purse of some type. Perhaps a chain catshark, Scyliorhinus retifer.

It seems ur right, it does resemble pix of shark egg cases on google search. Is there any other animals that have egg cases like this or is it just sharks?

They're definitely some kind of shark egg... some kind of carpet/bamboo species.

definetly shark eggs. most likely a type of bamboo shark.

only thing besides sharks with similar cases are chimeras, but i doubt the aquarium has chimeras
