Weird markings on my delhezi

Ok so I was admiring my bichir tank and my delhezi was laying at the front of the tank. I took a look at him and notice some strange markings on his head. It looks like a cross. Is this normal? I have never seen him with that mark before. It looks kind of cool but I'm worry if he would be alright.

i think its normal cuz all my dels and albino sens have that cross

Really? Only my delhezi has this marking.

My 3 senegal and ornate doesn't have it

Thanks, I suspected that too but wasn't sure as the lines were too perfect to be done by mother nature

reminds me of my del. He has the same cross. I really like it but it sorta fades as they grow (from what ive seen).

Oh and also if you want to see somthin awesome put your del in a tank with black sand. Some very bright greens and yellows will show up outlining the black.
