Weird Ornate behaviour

My Ornate Bichir keeps doing this. Is this normal? It's not sick. And no, it's not my filter.

Yup he just doesn't like your taste in decorating, so he just did it himself lol jk.

Yeah allot of fish just like to redecorate their home. I hate it when mine do that, atleast in the planted tanks, but that's just because my cory cats like to uproot newer plants that haven't established themselves yet.

Ornates are weirder than other bichir species. I would say none of mine (6) act “normal” compared to the others in the tank.
