Noticed this weird patch on my Hemibagrus olyroides a week or 2 ago, fish is still acting normal and eating great, none of my other fish show any signs of it. My nitrates are high I just did a 60% water change and will test again tomorrow. Any thoughts on what this is and what I can do about it?

Could be just some scrapes from the decor. Would cont with water changes and reducing those nitrates. Watch for now.

Interesting enough there’s no skin on the head area of this catfish. Likely a baby susceptible to injury.
