Weird pleco

Anyone know what’s happenin? It’s still alive tho.

Is it in distress or just doing the strange things plecos do?
I have several plecos and many times I’ve had them swim upside down and lay on their side or back at the bottom, making you think something is wrong till they swim off like normal.
