Weird Scale?

Anyone know what's going on with this scale? Can't seem to find anything that's exactly a match on the internet.

Fish isn't scraping, or darting, and the spot hasn't moved or no new ones have appeared

Likely an injury…the scale may even fall off to make room for a new one. Did you add any new decor it might’ve banged into?
