Weird shrimpy things in my tank

I just added some water to a tank that has a small frog in it and I noticed these little shrimpy looking things swimming around in there. I have no idea how they got in there. I'm guessing they came from the shrimp pellets I feed the frog sometimes. Anyone know what the hell they are? :WTF:
