Weird spot on fin help ID please

This is my female Bahia and I woke up the morning to find this.. she just ate good so it don't seem to bother her buttocks weird and reddish color... any ideas what this is??

Looks like a tumor, but I didn't think fish had vasculature in their fins. I'm no expert either.
