Weird spot on goldfish

So I went to check on my pond today and the water has cleared up but I noticed a weird spot on my goldfish’s Gill, he is about 11 years old so it might be some sort of fish cancer. Does anyone know what it is?

Looks like a cyst or tumor...I'd take it to a fish vet if one's in your area. There's a fish doctor on YTube you might want to check out. He specializes in fish diseases.
