So I have some weird stuff floating in my water and this (pic) is growing on my glass. Any idea what's going on? I do 30-50% water changes 1x a week and clean the gravel. I also wipe the glass clean.

The first pic is as close as I can truly get with it being shown. You can see it on the glass and on the circulation fan.
Here's the problem. It's a picture of small stuff behind a glass while in water. That means these are small 2D images of 3D objects with distortion and refraction----which makes it more or less a guess.
Why not pull some of the things out and place them on a flat dark object? That should make it a little easier to identify.
My first impulse was to say planaria, but that's simply a wild guess.

How often do you clean your glass? it just be build up from the water.. I get it because I use well water.. mine never gets that bad but then again I clean the glass often
This is as close as I can get with out taking stuff out. Or putting my phone in the water lol water changes is 1x a week and I clean that glass often but no more than 1x a week
I have a xl API canister filter right now on my tank. The tank is a 125 or 150 gallon. I have 2 circulation fans mounted on the left side to disperse the water from that side to the intake side. I am going to build a sump soon maybe.
