weird stuff growing on the ray

Please see on the left side of the disc, kinda close to the feet, there is a round thing thats there.. dont know if the pic shows well enough, I am not sure what that is, would this go away? looks like a little piece of extra skin/meat there.

no, not the bit marks at the edge of the disc, its more toward the feet...
