If you mean that stuff on the top of your castle ornament then it looks like some type of alagae to me.
I' say it looks like a weird decoration someone put in there trying to play a prank on ya 
I have seen that kind of algae many times. It's just the way it grows. Often it starts of in sheets but doesn't adhere well to the object. It's nothing to be alerted about. It will not harm your fish. It does look weird though, I agree.
Thanks I was concerned about it and no it has nothing to do with the ship lol just the sheet looking stuff attached you can see it floating around the tank a lot right after water changes
Solution = get common plecostomus or flagtail prochilodus. They will clean the algae and slime overnight
Stay away from the higher end fancy ones. Those are picky eaters and prefer fish food over natural foods
