So my jag has some weird white spot on his left fin. It almost looks like a small white booger or something. I don't think it's "alive", in the sense that it moves or anything. Any ideas on what it possibly is? Is it harmful in any way, and even if it isn't, how could I remove it safely? Oh and on his right fin, there's a black spot, but I'm guessing that's just part of the pattern? Thanks.
