weird water.........?

when the water comes out of the tap during a wc it's clear but a few seconds later turns cloudy (while in the bucket) and when I put my ear close it makes a fizzing sound , then a few seconds later turns clear again.

It doesn't have a negative effect on my fish and I make sure to use a basic conditioner to neutrallize chlorine,chloramines,and heavy metals.......so should this be a problem or whas any one else experienced this?

it seems like the hotter the water is the more cloudy it is for me. don't know why though and never heard a fizz, but i'm almost deaf anyway.
and like you put it it clears eventually.

yeah it seems to get more cloudy depending on the temps , could it have anything to do with copper pipes?

When water is in the pipes its under pressure. When you fill a bucket up its no longer under pressure (obviously) and the pressurized gases are released.
