Weird white web? from snails?

Can anyone tell me what this is. Its in my girlfriends mom's ten gallon. Shes got one of those big mystery snails. She also put some snails in there for my puffer's. So theyll mass reproduce and they sure have, do these have anything to do with that? its like a white web thing

They hardly look like snail eggs to me. Molds would be my guess. Do you vacuum out the leftover foods?

molding food usually is more fuzzy than bubbly.. in my tank anyway
