So it's april 27 and the winter has passed welcome to spring in saskatchewan the land of the porridge pirates :naughty:, where we are a different breed of flatlander a product of our environment:naughty:

A picture montage of the drive to work today, a lovely spring morning :screwy:.

The first picture is of my vacant lot where we will be building our little greenspace this year and our outbuilding for the fish company whooooot double lot property.

oh my goodness that hardly looks like spring .. more like wet,cold, dreary day in winter... brrrrrrr... my girlfriend had a beautiful belgian draft horse go to saskatchewan ..they have farms there too.... ?
 
yup we have lots of farms and lots of horses heres whats funny I live in the capital and we have like 250,000 people here and our province just topped 1 million in population so much for over population
 
today was miserable at recess but at least it wasnt minus 50

when spring really gets there ... some pics please.. does it usually stay this cold... we have had snowfall in may... but it is unusual... :D
