Milwaukee zoo is letting you both touch and feed the stingrays.

Ive done this at marineland in canada and at mystic aquarium in conneticut. Its free at mystic and u can just walk up and stick your arm in the huge pool they are in. Its a big saltwater concrete pool full of sharks and rays oval shaped
